The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing at Penn State has been awarded a $2 million grant by the Bedford Falls Foundation, resulting in the creation of more than 30 scholarship awards each totaling $40,000.
Penn State University Libraries is beginning a partnership with the Franklin County Library System and the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library. Users from any of the county’s public libraries may use their existing library card to borrow books from the Penn State Mont Alto Campus Library and request items from other University Libraries locations.

Barr, associate professor of clinical nursing at Ohio State University’s College of Nursing, will be the speaker at the Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing's 2023 joint Jean Vallance Lecture in Nursing Innovation/WE LEAD Inspirational Leader Speaker Series on Friday, March 31, at the Wyndham Garden State College. The lecture will be offered in-person as well as via webinar.
The Mont Alto LaunchBox powered by Penn State is hosting its sixth annual LION Tank on March 22. Regional entrepreneurs are invited to apply to participate in the pitch competition by midnight on March 1.
